Ingredients

  • 5 Apples (500 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 60 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp from a 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 1 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Diabetic sweetness

Directions

    Preparation: Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut quarters into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Cream fat, diabetic sweetener, lemon peel, salt and vanilla pulp. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix baking powder and flour, stir in cream. Fold in apple cubes. Place one heaped tablespoon of dough on each baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven:175 ° C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Dust with diabetic sweetener for serving

    You can exchange these ingredients: Prepare the dough with 75 grams of sugar instead of the diabetic sweetener. Dust the finished particles with -normal- icing sugar
