Penne with cod and shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 150 g Fish fillet (e.g. cod)
  • 4 prawns ready to cook (à approx. 30 g)
  • 1 Shallot or small onion
  • 150 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1/2 cube (approx. 25 g) Crab Soup Paste
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into pieces. Cut shrimps lengthwise on the back, remove dark intestine. Wash prawns and pat dry

    Peel and finely dice the shallot. Cook the pasta in boiling and salted water for about 10 minutes

    Heat oil and soup paste in a pot. Sauté the cod and prawns briefly. Add shallot and fry. Add 1/4 l water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice

    Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle tomato cubes over it. Garnish with dill
