Ingredients

  • 300 g Butter
  • 500 g crunchy oats
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 easy go. Tsp baking powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Bring butter to the boil and foam. Stir in the oat flakes, let them cool down

    Beat the eggs, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt for about 8 minutes until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in briefly. Add to the fat-oat flake mixture and stir in with a wooden spoon

    Using 2 teaspoons of the oatmeal mixture, place small heaps on trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Cooling down
