Penne in ham-cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 400 g Penne (short tube noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, colourful pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 (62,5 g) Corner Cream and Processed Cheese
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 8 (à 25 g) fine slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil to the
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate cheese

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 12 minutes

    Heat the fat. Sauté the onion in it. Add flour and sauté. Add 1/4 l water and milk while stirring. Stir in stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Melt both cheeses in it while stirring. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Clean, wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomatoes. Arrange drained pasta with sauce and the ham. Sprinkle with tomatoes and garnish with basil as desired
