Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. tortiglioni)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g sliced boiled ham
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 12 minutes. Cut ham into small strips. Dice tomatoes finely. Pour pasta onto a sieve and drain. Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the ham in it.

    Add noodles, tomatoes and peas. Beat the eggs with mineral water. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the noodles and let it set while stirring. Wash parsley, pluck leaves from the stalks, cut into fine strips and sprinkle over the pasta pan
