  • 300 g Schmand
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Peanut Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS roasted peanut kernels

    Mix the sour cream and peanut butter. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Chop peanut kernels. Fold both into the cream.
