Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Mangoes (about 400 g each)
  • 2 small red chillies
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and roughly dice the flesh. Clean and wash the chili, cut lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut the pod roughly. Puree the mango, chilli, orange juice and sugar in a tall container with a hand blender.

    Season with curry, salt and pepper.
