Knead 150 g butter, 80 g sugar, egg and flour to a smooth dough. Roll out dough between two layers of baking paper to a rectangle of 30 x 12 cm. Prick several times with a fork. Bake the dough in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool on the tray.
Boil up 50 g butter, cream, honey and 120 g sugar in a pot. Let it boil down at high heat while stirring for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy. Add the peanuts and let it cool down for about 3 minutes. Spread evenly on the base, let cool for 30 minutes. First cut the strips in half lengthwise, then cut each strip into approx. 15 pieces (approx. 2 cm wide)
