  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peaches
  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 20 g sliced almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

    Drain the peaches. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. Pour the beaten egg whites into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Place the peach halves in an ovenproof dish with the convex side down. Spray the beaten egg white onto the peach halves and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 ° C / gas: level 2) for approx. 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar
