Mix cranberry nectar and elderberry syrup and pour into ice cube maker. Freeze.
Brew tea bags with 500 ml of boiling water and steep according to instructions. Leave to cool and chill well.
Rinse the limes and cut into slices.
Put the ice cubes in a freezer bag and crush them coarsely. Put the crushed cranberry ice and lime wedges into well-chilled long drink glasses and top up with the ice tea. Serve immediately.
