Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 5 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 ml Whipped cream

Directions

    Melt dark chocolate, separate eggs, whip cream.

    Beat the egg yolks with sugar over a water bath until foamy. Beat the egg white.

    Add chocolate to the egg yolk foam, carefully fold in the beaten egg white, then the whipped cream. Leave to cool for at least 4 hours.
