Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 600 g Peaches
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS black tea
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    The day before, wash the lemon hot and cut into slices. Wash peaches, cut into slices from the stone. Boil the fruit with sugar and 400 ml water. Put in a cool place overnight.

    1⁄2 Bring l water to the boil. Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Then pour it through a sieve, let it cool down and also leave it to cool overnight.

    The next day pour peach syrup through a sieve and mix with the tea. To serve, fill glasses half full with ice cubes and pour on iced tea. Add the peach wedges as desired.
