For the crumbles, put the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin sugar, cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt, egg yolk and butter in pieces in a large mixing bowl. First use the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then work into crumbles with your hands.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3). Wash and halve the peaches and remove the stones. Place the peach halves in a greased ovenproof dish. Spread crumbles on top.
Bake the crumble in a hot oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Cover with aluminium foil if necessary. Dust with icing sugar. Raspberry yoghurt tastes good with it.
