Wash, drain and clean the strawberries briefly. Depending on the size, halve or quarter them. Peel and slice the bananas and mix with lemon juice. Add strawberries and 2 tbsp. sugar and mix everything.
For the chocolate sauce, heat the cream in a pot. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the cream while stirring, keep warm.
Cream butter, 50 g sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt with the whisks of the mixer. Stir in eggs and 50 g flour. Mix 200 g flour and baking powder, stir in 150 g yoghurt and milk.
Heat a heart waffle iron and spread with a little oil. Put about 3 tbsp. of the dough in the middle of the waffle iron and spread it out a little. Bake for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Take out and bake 5 more waffles from the remaining dough.
Warm the finished wafers in a hot oven (approx. 50 °C).
Arrange waffles with fruit salad and remaining yoghurt. Sprinkle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
