Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Bananas
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 1 (150 g) Bag of whole milk couverture chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp chocolate bunnies

Directions

  1. 1

For the fruit salad, cut an orange in half and squeeze one half. Mix orange juice and honey. Peel the remaining oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Wash, quarter and core the apples.

  2. 2

Peel kiwis and bananas. Chop all the fruit finely and mix with the honey sauce.

  3. 3

Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 50°C). Mix flour, baking powder, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Whisk eggs and milk. Mix everything to a smooth dough.

  4. 4

Heat lard in portions in a small coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø). Bake 8-10 pancakes one after the other from the dough. Put 1 small ladle of dough into the pan for each pancake. Bake for about 3 minutes until light brown, turn and bake for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

Pile the finished pancakes on top of each other in the hot oven, scattering chocolate chips in between. If necessary, leave the pancake tower in the oven for a few more minutes until the whole couverture has melted.

  6. 6

Serve with the fruit salad. Place the chocolate bunnies on the tower.
