  • 200 g yellow and green peas
  • 1 1/2 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 400 g Kassel
  • 3 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar

    Cook the peas in boiling broth for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Clean, wash and cut the soup greens into small pieces. Wash and roughly dice the cured pork loin. Prepared vegetables after about 20 minutes of cooking time, add the Kasseler after about 30 minutes to the peas. Wash marjoram, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Season the pea pot with salt, pepper and vinegar
