Pasta salad with meat sausage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Pork sausage
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 150 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 Pasta salad
  • 3 TABLESPOONS green pesto (glass)
  • 100 g Soured milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Cut the sausage into thin slices. Drain the corn. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Stir in 1 noodle-third of pesto and soured milk. Fold in sausage, corn and iceberg lettuce.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the sausage salad on a plate, garnish with basil and sprinkle with pepper.
