Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 400 g Pasta (e.g. Castellane)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rapeseed oil
  • 10 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 Shallots
  • 150 g Gouda cheese in slices
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g Rocket

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and honey. Add oil drop by drop to the vinaigrette. Wash the thyme, shake dry, remove leaves from the stems and chop coarsely. Peel shallots and cut into fine cubes. Stir the thyme and shallots into the vinaigrette.

    Pour the pasta into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Cut cheese into strips. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Sort rocket, wash, shake dry and cut into pieces of about 3 cm. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a bowl suitable for transport
