Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel and chop the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove.
Sauté onion in the frying fat. Add tomatoes with the liquid and 1/8 l water, bring to the boil. Chop the tomatoes. Add noodles and marjoram and simmer open for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Add the frozen peas and meat strips to the noodles 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and heat up. Refine with cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with marjoram.
