Pasta in broccoli-mushroom sauce (diabetics)

  • 7-10 Tbsp ingredients
  • 7-10 Tbsp for 1 person
  • 100 g cleaned broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 2 cleaned spring onions
  • 60 g Pasta (e.g. Spirelli)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 1 TABLESPOON Crèmefraîche
  • 1 TABLESPOON Parmesan slicer

Directions

    Cut the broccoli into florets and wash. Cook for about 8 minutes in 1/8 litre salt water. Wash the mushrooms, slice them, wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Drain the broccoli, collect the vegetable water

    Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil. Sauté mushrooms and spring onions in it. Deglaze with vegetable water, bring to the boil and thicken. Stir in crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper

    Add broccoli to the mushroom sauce and heat. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan
