Pasta casserole with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 350 g Kasseler (boneless)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 125 g Gouda cheese
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 375 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper and parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli, cut off the florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Dice the smoked pork. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the smoked pork in it while turning, remove from the pan and set aside.

    Drain broccoli and pasta, rinse and drain well on a sieve. Grate cheese roughly. Melt the fat in a saucepan, dust with flour and sauté. Deglaze with broth and cream, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.

    Stir half of the cheese into the hot sauce. Mix the broccoli, pasta and pork loin, fill into an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.

    If desired, sprinkle with coloured pepper and serve garnished with parsley.
