Paprika turkey goulash with noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow pepper (approx. 200 g)
  • 2 Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 1 small onion
  • 75 g Ribbon noodles (durum wheat; without egg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 5 TABLESPOONS milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON clear vegetable stock (fat-free; health food store)
  • 1 TEASPOON dark sauce thickener

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Cut cucumbers into slices. Peel and slice the onion

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes. Wash, dry and dice the meat. Heat oil. Fry the meat all around. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add paprika, onion and cucumber and steam everything for about 5 minutes.

    Deglaze with 8 tablespoons of water and milk. Bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Thicken stock with sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika
