  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper, sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 medium-sized peppers (e.g. green, yellow and red)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 75 g black olives
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) Baguette-Brot

Directions

Wash the marjoram, shake dry and, except for something to garnish, pluck. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Whip 3-4 tablespoons of oil into it. Stir in marjoram

  2. 2

Clean and wash the peppers and cut or slice them into thin strips or rings. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Dice or crumble feta cheese. Mix the prepared salad ingredients, olives and marinade and leave to stand for a while

  3. 3

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut baguette into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large coated frying pan. Fry the slices of bread in it until golden brown on each side. Fry the garlic briefly. Season salad again and garnish with marjoram. Add the toasted bread
