Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel onion and garlic, dice coarsely. Halve the sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the sausage briefly in it, take it out.
Sauté the paprika, onion and garlic in the fat, add the stock and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Puree vegetables in the stock, stir in sauce thickener and bring to the boil.
Add sausage, season with salt, pepper, sugar and marjoram. Arrange noodles and sauce on plates. Garnish with marjoram.
