Paprika minced steaks with Gouda to grilled tomatoes and onions

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small red, yellow and green peppers (approx. 150 g each)
  • 125 g Gouda cheese
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Meat Tomatoes
  • 2 Vegetable Onions
  • 200 g Tzatziki Quark
  • 60 g black olives
  • 60 g pickled mild green peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Dice the gouda. Knead minced meat with onion, paprika, gouda, breadcrumbs and egg. Season with salt and pepper.

    Form 4 oval steaks from the minced meat mixture. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the vegetable onions. Put them in an oiled grill tray. Grill the minced steaks on the hot grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn the steaks from time to time. Grill the tomatoes and onions for the last 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the steaks with tomatoes, onions, tzatziki quark, olives and pepperoni.
