Minced steaks with tomato parcel

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 3 large onions
  • 750 g minced pork, 1 egg
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Gyros spice, salt, pepper
  • 3-4 (500 g) Tomatoes
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 1 (150 g) Becher Crème fraîche
  • 1/2 bunch/pot of thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lettuce and lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp aluminium foil and some oil

Directions

    Peel and chop 1 onion. Knead with minced meat, egg and yoghurt. Season with gyros spice and maybe salt. From it 6-8 minced steaks form

    Peel the remaining onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Crumble cheese

    and mix with crème fraîche

    Oil 8 pieces of aluminium foil. Spread tomatoes and onions on it, season. Spread cheese cream over it. Wash and pluck the thyme and sprinkle over it

    Grill the minced steaks and tomato packets on the hot electric grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn the minced steaks more often. Arrange and garnish everything. Flatbread, pickled peppers and olives taste great with it.
