Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small red, yellow and green peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 package (250 g) Express rice
  • 1 jar (400 g) Tomato sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ginger powder

    Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Peel onions and garlic. Chop onions coarsely and garlic finely

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced meat for approx. 6 minutes, turning it over, while coarsely chopping with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the mince and fry the prepared vegetables in the frying fat for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with broth

    Add rice, minced meat and tomato sauce to the pan. Bring to the boil, braise in the closed pan for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ginger
