Fried tortelloni with tomato and ginger sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) Carrots
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 package (500 g) fresh tortelloni ricotta e spinaci (chiller cabinet)
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g) Ginger
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut into fine slices. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into thin sticks.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the uncooked tortelloni, onion and carrots over medium heat for 6-8 minutes while turning.

    Peel and finely grate the ginger. Add to the tortelloni with the tomatoes and bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
