Paprika Ferrari with rice salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicken filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml; separation weight: 175 g) Mandarin Oranges
  • 150 g Wholemeal yoghurt
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS mild curry powder
  • 4 red peppers (ferarri-)
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 2 discs brown bread

Directions

    Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add peas 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry meat all around. Season with salt and pepper and let cool. Drain rice, drain and let cool off.

    Drain the mandarins, catching the juice. Mix yoghurt and sour cream. Season with curry, salt, pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of collected juice. Mix all salad ingredients together, season again. Cut off the upper third of the peppers. Clean the peppers, leave the stalk on, wash and dab dry. Cut off a piece for the "front spoiler" and a piece for the "top" from the upper lid. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut off 16 thick slices. Cut a tire tread with a fluted knife. Cut off 2 thin slices for the steering wheel, cut them in half. Cut out 4 rabbits (approx. 8 cm large) from the bread with a cutter.

Put the cucumber steering wheel on in front. Put the "driver" into the salad. Place 2 cucumber wheels on each side. Put on the spoiler and hood. Serve any remaining salad with it
