Paprika and glass noodle salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 red pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Lime
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil (e.g. peanut oil)
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 100 g Glass noodles
  • 125 g frozen peas, salt
  • some stem(s) Coriander green

Directions

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Slice carrots into sticks, cut paprika finely. Peel and chop ginger and garlic. Squeeze lime

    Steam ginger, garlic, carrots and peppers in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with soy sauce, 3 tbsp. juice and sambal, cool

    Cut the pasta smaller. Cook with peas in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Quench, drain. Mix with vegetables, let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander
