Water wooden skewers for 30 minutes if necessary. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bacon in half lengthwise and wrap the chicken cubes around it. Roll up the rest of the bacon loosely. Cut sausage into 4-5 cm long pieces. Form ground pork into balls
Clean and wash the peppers. Cut them into pieces. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Onions peel, possibly halve. Put the prepared ingredients and bay leaf alternately on skewers
Mix oregano, oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat the skewers with it. Roast in the hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes or on the grill for approx. 20 minutes
