Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen herbs
  • 2 small red and green peppers
  • 3 Onions
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Kabanossi (garlic sausage)

Directions

    Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the salad herbs. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Peel and halve onions and cut them into strips. Dice the feta cheese.

    Cut Kabanossi into slices. Mix everything with the marinade.
