Pan-fried beef with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 350 g delicate beef
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 70 g Carrots
  • 100 Courgette
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Wok Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS light soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rice wine
  • 1 TEASPOON Maize starch
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ Tsp Pepper black

Directions

    Cut the beef into 4 cm long strips, mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Chop the garlic. Peel the carrots and cut them into long strips. Cut zucchini into long strips. Divide spring onions into 4 cm long pieces.

    Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, rice wine, corn starch, sugar and pepper and prepare.

    Heat the wok strongly. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat briefly. Briefly fry the beef in it, remove.

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok. Stir the spring onion, garlic, carrots and courgettes briefly in it. Add the spice mixture and bring to the boil briefly. Mix in the beef and serve immediately.

    Goes well with rice.
