Cut out circles (approx. 6-8 cm in diameter) from the toast slices. Heat butter in a coated pan. Toast in it from both sides golden brown roast. Coarsely chop the walnuts and roast them briefly in the pan.
Roughly chop the cranberries.
Rinse pear, quarter, core and cut into fine slices. Season cottage cheese with a little salt and cayenne pepper. Loosely mix in cranberries and walnuts.
Spread cottage cheese and pear slices over the Toasttalers and serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
