  • 1 Kilos. Tafelspitz,200 gr. carrots.150 gr. celery, 200 gr. onions,2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbs. oil,1 tbs. tomato paste,200 ml. Red wine, 400 ml. Broth,2 sprigs of rosemary,2 bay leaves.

    Season the meat and roast it all around in a roasting pan, cut the vegetables into small pieces and roast them with the meat, add tomato paste, red wine and boil it down a bit, add it to the boiled beef with broth, laurel and thyme.

    Cover and roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
