Peel and chop garlic and onions. Cut the meat into cubes. Peel kohlrabi and carrots and cut into cubes. Chop parsley.
Fry garlic and onions in oil in a saucepan, add meat and vegetables and braise for about 10 minutes in a closed saucepan.
Add couscous and deglaze with stock and white wine. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Season couscous with salt, pepper and parsley.
