Wash coriander, mint and parsley, shake dry. Pluck leaves from the stalks and chop them. Mix yoghurt and lemon peel. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar
Drain the rice and remove the cinnamon stick. Mix rice, pine nuts and herbs. Season with a little cinnamon. Arrange 2 meatballs, rice and some yoghurt dip each on plates. Add the rest of the dip in a bowl
