Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 100 g Brown cake
  • 60 g Butter
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange marmalade
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Crumble cookies with a cake roll between a folded over tea towel. Melt butter and knead with the cookie crumbs. Form 6 bases on a baking tray or tray lined with baking paper using a round cookie cutter or a mug (approx. 7 cm Ø) and press them firmly together. Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Wash an orange thoroughly, rub dry and grate the peel. Peel both oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a knife between the skins (catching the juice).

  2. 2

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and two tablespoons of juice until smooth. Fold in the cream. Spread the cream on the tartlet bases. Spread the orange filets on top. Warm up the jam briefly and spread on the fillets. Decorate with mint leaves
