Lavender biscuits

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 250 g Flour
  • 40 g Honey
  • 50 g Lavender blossom sugar (either mortar lavender with sugar yourself or buy ready to use)
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 knife tip Salt

Directions

    Knead the ingredients into a dough and chill for 30 minutes.

    Now divide into 6 equal pieces. Roll them into 25 cm long rolls with a diameter of 2.5 cm. Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper at a distance of 8 cm and pre-bake at 200°(electric oven) for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Remove the biscuits and let them cool down a little. Then cut them into 1 cm thick slices and put them back on the tray. Bake again at 200° for 8 - 10 minutes. Caution: The biscuits should not get too dark.
