Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove and allow to cool. Put the plums, orange juice, soy sauce and honey into a tall mixing bowl and puree finely with a chopping stick. Stir in sesame seeds except for a little bit for sprinkling and season with Sambal Oelek. Clean and wash the spring onion and cut fine rings. Arrange orange-plum sauce sprinkled with sesame and spring onions
