Ingredients

  • 2 red chillies
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON finely rasped lime zest

Directions

    Wash the chillies, cut into fine rings and remove the seeds. Mix lime juice, 6 tablespoons water, salt and paprika. Whip the oil into it. Fold in chilli rings and lime zest
