Orange mascarpone cream with cinnamon stars

Ingredients

  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 2 TABLESPOONS freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange liqueur
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 knife tip Gingerbread spice
  • 16 small cinnamon stars (approx. 5 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp fine stripes of an untreated orange

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, quark, mascarpone, orange juice, liqueur, sugar, vanillin sugar and gingerbread spice with the whisk of the hand mixer. Put four cinnamon stars aside for decoration.

    Crumble the remaining cinnamon stars and fill into four dessert glasses. Spread the cream evenly on top. Serve with the remaining cinnamon stars and decorated with orange strips as desired.
