  • 10–12 Oranges
  • 1 package (500 g) Gelling sugar (3:1)

Directions

    Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice. Measure out 1 litre of juice, use the remaining juice for other purposes. Bring the jam sugar and juice to the boil and boil for at least 3 minutes until bubbly. Pour the finished jam immediately into tightly closed clean rinsed glasses.

    Close the jars, turn them briefly upside down and let them cool down.
