Orange-fennel salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Oranges (about 200 g each)
  • 3 small fennel tubers (approx. 150 g each)
  • 300 g Lettuce (e.g. oak leaf salad)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 5 TSP Oil (e.g. walnut oil)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 20 Walnut core halves

Directions

  1. 1

    Peel oranges with the white skin and then cut them into thin slices. Collect the orange juice. Clean, wash and cut the fennel and salad into bite-sized pieces

    Season orange juice with salt and pepper and mix with oil. Slice or dice the cheese. Mix everything and sprinkle with walnuts
