Orange chocolate pralines

Ingredients

Servings: 56
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange liqueur
  • 1 Pallet (56 pieces)
  • 7-10 Tbsp white chocolate star-shaped cups
  • 7-10 Tbsp diced candied orange peel

Directions

    Chop the chocolate coating. Warm the cream and melt the chocolate coating in it. Stir in liqueur. Chill the mixture overnight. Whip the mixture with the whisk of the hand mixer. Pour into a piping bag with star-shaped spout and squirt small dots into the star-shaped moulds.

    Decorate the stars with candied orange peel. Put the chocolates in a cool place.
