  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 1 package fine orange fruit
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed pistachio kernels
  • 25 Metal bag for chocolates

    Chop the couverture and heat with the cream until the chocolate has melted. Stir in liqueur and orange fruit. It is best to put it in the fridge overnight. Whip to a creamy mixture with the whisk of the hand mixer. Pour into a piping bag with a small star-shaped spout and squirt into small metal bags. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Results in about 25 pieces
