Onion steaks with mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 750 g new potatoes
  • 3 Pork neck steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, sweet paprika
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Bag onion soup "gourmet style
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Brush the potatoes thoroughly under water and cut them into slices. Dab the meat dry and cut into large pieces. Sauté in 1 tbsp. hot oil in a large pan (with lid)

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Season the meat with pepper, sweet paprika and a little salt, remove

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Cover the potatoes and fry them for about 5 minutes. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Add mushrooms and 2/3 spring onion rings to the potatoes. Fry open for 2-3 more minutes.

    Stir in about 3/8 l water, cream and onion soup powder. Bring to the boil, add the meat and braise covered over a low heat for about 8 minutes. Season to taste. Sprinkle with the rest of spring onions and coarse pepper

    Drink: cold beer
