Onion meat loaf on savoy cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 kg mixed mince
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) savoy cabbage
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 1 pack of Onion soup

Directions

    Soak the buns. Wash the herbs and cut finely. Knead with minced meat, squeezed out rolls, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika. Shape for frying

    Roast on an oiled fat pan in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 1 hour

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Sauté in 1 tbsp. hot oil. After about 30 minutes spread on the roast

    Clean the savoy cabbage, peel the carrots, wash and chop both. Fry everything in 2 tablespoons of hot oil, season. Deglaze with 200 ml water, bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 15 minutes

    Remove the roast and keep warm. Dissolve roast with 1/2 l water, sieve and bring to the boil. Stir in soup powder, bring to the boil again. Season sauce and vegetables to taste. Arrange everything. Serves with: Potatoes
