Wash the fillet, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Put pork and chicken fillet separately on 6 skewers. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix oil, onion and curry.
Spread the skewers with it and let them steep for about 10 minutes. Coarsely chop the peanuts. Wash mint, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Mix yoghurt, peanuts and mint. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a coated pan. Fry the meat skewers in it all around for about 6 minutes. Arrange meat skewers with the yoghurt sauce. Garnish with mint.
