Soak rolls in cold water. Coarsely chop peanuts and roast them lightly in a dry pan. Let them cool down. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings.
Squeeze the bread roll and knead with the minced meat, egg, peanuts, salt, cayenne pepper, Exotic Sauce and 2/3 of the spring onions. Form 8 meatballs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 8 minutes, turning them over. Serve sprinkled with crème fraîche and remaining spring onions
